Warehouse & Sorting Associate
As a Warehouse & Sorting Associate at Eagle Web Press, you are at the heart of our daily operation. You’ll ensure that every printed product is accurately sorted, organized, and prepared for dispatch — on time and without error.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials and finished print products
- Sort completed print jobs by client, destination, and priority using manual and automated systems
- Prepare outbound shipments and verify accuracy against manifests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyor systems
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily processing targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior warehouse or printing industry experience is a plus but not required
Delivery Driver
Our Delivery Drivers are the face of Eagle Web Press on the road. You’ll be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of printed products across your assigned route, representing the company with every stop you make.
Responsibilities
- Load and secure deliveries at the start of each shift according to the route plan
- Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Deliver printed materials and finished products accurately to commercial and residential addresses
- Obtain signatures and handle proof-of-delivery documentation as required
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, route issues, or customer concerns
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of one year of professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs
- Strong time-management skills and familiarity with GPS and navigation tools
- Professional demeanor and commitment to excellent customer service
- Comfortable working independently and in varying weather conditions
